Responsible for the overall smooth-running of the centre, her role involves relationship building with clients and suppliers as well as continually working on new ideas to ensure occupancy levels are maximized at the btc and Chells Industrial Units site.

Business BUZZ is just one of the many events that are held at the btc and Pauline is involved in the management and coordination of a number of other events held at the centre.

Pauline has over 9 years of experience of working in the Serviced Office Industry and in Office Management.  Prior to joining the btc, Pauline worked for a number of other business centres including Regus and Basepoint.  She also has a wealth of experience in telecoms engineering.

In her spare time, Pauline enjoys going for walks, spending time with family and cooking healthy food.
