A Roaring Success: Celebrating The Business Buzz National Team Conference 2025 and Team Fantastic!

This year’s Business Buzz National Team Conference was a tremendous success. We have received many lovely messages and positive feedback from our wonderful attendees made up of Hosts and Ambassadors representing Buzz events across the UK. Their participation, enthusiasm, and energy were evidently incredible, yielding considerable inspiration and value from the sessions. Notable highlights included the insightful keynote on AI delivered by Julie Holmes and the “Elevate your customer journey: Hello to come again” mini-workshop led by Lisa-Marie Mallier.
Spotlight on Our Stars: Business Buzz National Team Awards 2025!
The conference was also a moment to celebrate the dedication, innovation, and passion demonstrated by Buzz team members as we announced the winners and recognised the finalists of our National Team Awards. Congratulations to all finalists! Being selected is a fantastic achievement, recognising your hard work and significant impact within the Business Buzz community.

Ambassador of the Year

- Highly Commended – Marianne Avery, Northampton Buzz
Growth Award

- Highly Commended – Jane Tyson, Guildford Buzz
Outstanding Newcomer
- Winner – Mark Jones, Kettering Buzz
- Highly Commended – Özlem Imil, Canary Wharf Buzz
Buzz Culture Champion (NEW)
- Winner – Richard Lalchan, St Albans
- Highly Commended – Laura McGovern, Aylesbury
This year we saw more events gaining the official Business Buzz Event Excellence status, well done to all the teams involved.
To qualify for any star rating, events are benchmarked against our Event Excellence criteria. Minimum requirements include: Regular attendance of 25 or more, an additional star can be gained for groups having a minimum of 2 Ambassadors, with a further star awarded for those events that have Sponsors and Buzz Plussers.

We also took a special moment to recognise and celebrate the dedication of our longest-serving team members with the 5 Years+ Service Award. Their commitment and loyalty are the backbone of the Business Buzz network, and we are incredibly grateful to each and every one:
