With over a decade of experience in school leadership in London, Özlem pivoted 11 years ago to become a Personal Performance and Executive Coach. Her extensive background spans the public, corporate, and charity sectors, where she has excelled as a leadership coach, mentor, and trainer.
Currently, as a Community Builder, Özlem leads the Soulful Chats Meetup in Canary Wharf and organises Soul Home Wellness Workshops alongside specialised practitioners. Her comprehensive experience equips her to guide organisations toward a holistic approach to leadership, performance, and wellbeing, fostering environments where individuals can thrive.
